We're an independent drainage survey company based in Leeds, covering all of West Yorkshire. We specialise in CCTV camera surveys, pre-purchase inspections, and drain mapping — providing honest reports without any upsell agenda.
Why independence matters
Many drainage companies offer surveys as a gateway to repair work. When the same company that surveys your drains also profits from fixing them, there's an obvious conflict of interest.
We don't carry out drain cleaning, lining, or repair work. Our sole purpose is to inspect, document and report — accurately and honestly. That's the only way we can give you a report you can genuinely trust.
When our survey finds nothing wrong, we tell you that. When it finds a serious problem, we explain what it is and what your options are — including whether it's actually your responsibility to fix.
Independent reporting
We don't carry out repairs. Our only job is to give you an honest, accurate picture of your drainage system. There's no incentive to overstate problems.
