What the camera finds

Site visit
Our surveyor arrives at the agreed time, locates your drain access points, and pushes the HD camera through the system.
Survey carried out
We survey all accessible drainage runs, noting any defects with timestamps on the footage. The process takes 1–2 hours for most homes.
Written report issued
Within 24 hours you receive a full written condition report, the annotated footage, and our recommendations. The report is yours to keep and share.
