Leeds CCTV Drain Survey Co. operates the website leedscctvdrainsurvey.co.uk. We provide CCTV drainage survey services across Leeds and West Yorkshire. For data protection queries, contact us at info@leedscctvdrainsurvey.co.uk.

What data we collect

When you submit an enquiry through our contact form, we collect:

  • Your name
  • Your phone number
  • Your postcode and property address
  • The service you need and any job details you provide

We do not collect payment information on this website.

How we use your data

We use the information you submit solely to respond to your enquiry and, if you book a survey, to carry out that survey. We do not sell, rent or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

How your enquiry is stored and processed

When you submit the contact form, your details are sent over an encrypted connection and stored in our own secure database hosted on Cloudflare (in the UK/EU region). We use this only to respond to your enquiry and arrange your survey.

If you use the optional "Find address" button, your postcode (and only your postcode) is sent to getAddress.io, a UK address-lookup service, to retrieve a list of addresses for you to choose from. You can always type your address manually instead.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not set any tracking cookies. We use Plausible Analytics — a privacy-first, cookieless analytics service — to measure aggregate page views and traffic sources. Plausible does not use cookies, does not collect personal data, does not track individuals across sites, and is fully compliant with GDPR and the UK GDPR. No consent banner is required.

We do not use Google Analytics or any other cookie-based third-party tracking scripts.

Data retention

We retain enquiry emails for up to 24 months for business record purposes, after which they are deleted. If you would like your data removed sooner, please contact us.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you; request correction or deletion; object to processing; and lodge a complaint with the ICO (ico.org.uk). To exercise any of these rights, email info@leedscctvdrainsurvey.co.uk.
