1. About us

Leeds CCTV Drain Survey Co. ("we", "us", "our") provides CCTV drainage inspection, pre-purchase drain survey and drain mapping services across Leeds and West Yorkshire. By booking a survey or using this website, you agree to these terms.

2. Our services

We provide inspection and survey services only. We do not carry out drain cleaning, repairs, lining, or any remedial work. Our reports document the condition of drainage systems as found at the time of survey.

Survey reports are provided for information purposes. Any recommendations contained within a report are advisory. Acting on those recommendations is at the client's sole discretion.

3. Quotations and pricing

All quotations are provided free of charge and are valid for 30 days from the date issued. Quoted prices are all-inclusive — they cover the survey visit, CCTV inspection, and written report. No call-out charge is applied.

We reserve the right to revise a quotation if the scope of work differs materially from what was described at the time of quoting (for example, if additional drainage runs are discovered that were not disclosed).

4. Bookings and cancellations

Surveys are booked by mutual agreement via email. We ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or rearrange. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the quoted survey price.

We reserve the right to reschedule surveys in the event of equipment failure, adverse weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

5. Access

The client is responsible for ensuring safe, reasonable access to all drain access points on the survey date. If access cannot be obtained, a return visit may be chargeable.

6. Reports and intellectual property

Survey reports are prepared for the client named at the time of booking. Reports may be shared with solicitors, mortgage lenders, insurers and contractors directly involved in the relevant property transaction. Reports must not be resold or distributed commercially without our written consent.

7. Limitation of liability

Our liability is limited to the fee paid for the survey in question. We are not liable for consequential losses arising from the content of a survey report, or from any decision made in reliance on it.

CCTV surveys are limited to the sections of drainage accessible at the time of the survey. We cannot report on sections that are inaccessible, blocked, or not physically reachable with camera equipment.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
